Second Chance Heroes Rat Adoptions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit domestic rat rescue that partners with research facilities to place rats into loving pet homes at the conclusion of their studies. We also collaborate with shelter partners to transfer rats out of the overwhelming shelter environment and into quiet, peaceful foster — and eventually adoptive — homes.
